Teen Murdered Parents in Extremist Plot to Kill President Trump: FBI (video)

A 17-year-old Wisconsin resident, Nikita Cassap, has been charged with the first-degree murder of his parents, Tatiana Cassap and Don Mayor, amid shocking revelations of his alleged motives and plans to commit further acts of violence. The case, which has captivated public attention, took a disturbing turn with the release of a 35-page federal search warrant detailing Cassap’s online communications and extremist ideologies.

Authorities discovered that Cassap allegedly shot his parents on February 11, 2023, and lived with their bodies in their home for nearly two weeks before being apprehended in Kansas while driving his father’s stolen vehicle. His arrest was prompted by a wellness check requested by Mayor’s mother, who had not heard from him in weeks. Upon investigation, police found a loaded handgun, believed to be the murder weapon, as well as disturbing videos on a camera, showing Cassap lighting candles around his stepfather’s corpse.

Newly unsealed documents reveal that Cassap had engaged in online conversations with individuals espousing extremist views, including neo-Nazi ideology. The FBI’s findings indicate that Cassap had been communicating on platforms like Telegram and TikTok, discussing plans to acquire funds to kill President Donald Trump and overthrow the U.S. government. The search warrant also indicated that Cassap had drafted a manifesto that outlined his intentions for political violence and expressed admiration for Adolf Hitler.

Investigators reported that Cassap had planned to use the money obtained from allegedly murdering his parents to finance a drone attack and had discussed various methods of executing violent acts with associates online. He reportedly expressed a desire to blame Russia for any attacks he might undertake, further complicating the motivations behind his alleged plans.

Witnesses, including classmates from Wakaaw West High School, have come forward to describe Cassap’s troubling behavior and online activities, indicating a long-standing fascination with violence and extremism. One classmate reported that Cassap had expressed intentions to carry out mass attacks, claiming he would be responsible for ten consecutive incidents.

As the investigation continues, legal experts suggest that Cassap faces significant charges at both the state and federal levels. He is currently held on a $1 million bond and has been charged with two counts of first-degree murder, among other offenses. Federal authorities may pursue additional charges related to threats against the president and conspiracy to commit acts of terrorism.

The case has raised serious questions about the influence of online radicalization and the accessibility of extremist content to vulnerable youth. Retired FBI agent Colin Schmidt noted the concerning nature of Cassap’s internet usage and the potential for individuals to be groomed by radical elements online.

As the legal proceedings unfold, this case serves as a stark reminder of the dangers posed by extremist ideologies and the critical need for vigilance in monitoring youth interactions in the digital age. The ramifications of Cassap’s actions and the broader implications for societal safety remain to be seen as authorities continue their investigation into this unsettling case.
