™ Tight Tyson! Heavyweight champion Fury dumps his own rubbish, won’t buy his children pencils and refuses to pay a fiver for ice lollies… but still splashes out £180,000 on a new Lamborghini!

Tyson Fury has been involved in some of the biggest fights in boxing history on his rise to the top of the heavyweight division, receiving a number of bumper paydays along the way.

From dethroning Wladimir Klitschko to his unforgettable trilogy with Deontay Wilder, Fury has earned huge sums of money and had an estimated net worth of £130million prior to his crossover clash with Francis Ngannou last year.

Despite enduring a torrid night against the former UFC champion that saw him knocked down before clinging on for a narrow points win, it was another evening that was good for Fury’s bank balance.

And he has another mega fight coming up in just two months when he faces Oleksandr Usyk in an undisputed fight for all four heavyweight belts on May 18.

But when it comes to spending his money, the Gypsy King has shown he is not always keen to splash the cash.

Tyson Fury and his wife Paris did not want to spend £6.10 on a jar of Nutella earlier this week

Fury also told his wife to put back £5 Ferrero Rocher ice lollies during their food shop

But the heavyweight champion did recently splash out on a Lamborghini Urus worth £180,000

The 35-year-old posted a series of Instagram Stories earlier this week, including one of him and his wife Paris heading to Asda for a food shop.

During the clip, Fury asked: ‘Do you spend £6.10 on a jar of Nutella or do you spend £1.85 on some chocolate spread?’

Paris responded: ‘No, you pay £2.75 for the big one!’

The couple then went to buy some ice lollies for their seven children, with Paris picking up some Ferrero Rocher ones.

But Fury was having one of it as he told her: ‘Put them back! They’re a fiver for some ice lollies – I don’t think so! Get them ones that are a quid. Value for money.

‘After spending all the money on the Lambo, Paris, I think we need to save on shopping.’

Fury’s quip referred to the new Lamborghini that he had showed off on Instagram the previous day on social media.

He was seen taking a £180,000 Lamborghini Urus for a spin in an online video, proving he does have expensive taste for certain items.

Yet that doesn’t extend to everything in his life.

Fury is still willing to do mundane chores such as taking out his own rubbish, which he also demonstrated to fans on Instagram.

Fury and his wife refused to buy pencils for their seven children during an episode of ‘At Home With The Furys’

‘After a good bit of training in the morning and a bit of breakfast, big man’s got to go to the tip and do his duties,’ he declared in another online video this week after getting into his car with the boot filled to the brim with bin bags.

Viewers of the Netflix series ‘At Home With The Furys’ which documented Tyson’s family life will also remember Paris telling her children that she would not be buying them pencils during a shopping trip.

While the children may be deprived of pencils and ice lollies, Fury has proven he doesn’t hold back when travelling around the world.

The WBC king has a £100m private jet that contains a cinema, double bedroom, dining room and a dedicated ‘entourage area’ and has been using it to fly back and forth between Saudi Arabia and the UK prior to his meeting with Usyk in Riyadh later this year.

Fury is also reportedly considering renting a £10,000-a-month luxury mansion on the Isle of Man.

A private two-bed bedroom is also provided on the plane, with its own bathroom

The Billown Manor mansion has six double ensuite bedrooms, two self-contained two-bedroom flats, a swimming pool, gym and tennis court.

This would be another pricey purchase, but the Isle of Man is also an offshore tax haven for the super-rich.

Residents do not have to pay wealth taxes, capital gains taxes or estate taxes, and only have to pay 20 per cent for personal income tax.

They can also have their annual tax bill capped at £200,000 if they sign a five or 10-year deal to stay on the island.

However, in order to qualify for residency, they must live on the island for at least six months of the year.

This could appeal to Fury, and may save him some more money in the long run.

Fury survived a major scare after being knocked down by Francis Ngannou in October

He is now set for another huge fight – and payday – against Oleksandr Usyk in May

Fury has always been a complicated character, and his willingness to spend big on cars and jets while holding off on pencils and ice lollies does not make it any easier to figure him out.

But he continues to showcase his life on a daily basis, leaving fans to make up their own minds on his bizarre antics.

After barely scraping past Ngannou in October, Fury has plenty to prove against Usyk, but regardless of the result, he is in for another huge payday.

And if he can get a win to cement his position as the best heavyweight on the planet, perhaps he might celebrate by treating his family to ice lollies and a pencil or two!
