Travis Kelce may be planning to get into the Christmas spirit with girlfriend Taylor Swift, but there’s one thing the Chiefs star won’t be doing over the holiday period.
Watching Love Actually.
During the latest episode of his New Heights podcast with older brother Jason, the latter’s wife Kylie briefly appeared to recommend a festive movie for their Film Club review series.
Yet when Kylie put forward the iconic rom-com starring Hugh Grant and Keira Knightley – which is known as being one of Taylor’s favorites – Travis made it clear he has no plans to try it anytime soon.
‘Yeah, don’t f****ng torture me; torture your husband,’ Travis quipped. ‘I’m an innocent bystander here, Ky. Don’t f***ing come for me.’
Despite Kylie claiming it is a great film to sit down and enjoy with a loved one, Jason agreed with his younger brother.
‘I think we can both probably agree we’re not doing Love Actually.’
While Love Actually won’t be on the agenda, Travis and Taylor are reportedly planning to spend Christmas alongside one another – and their families.
The Kansas City tight end will be in action on December 25, when the back-to-back Super Bowl champions take on the Steelers in Pittsburgh.
But, according to Us Weekly, his girlfriend, 34, is hoping to host both her family and the Kelces for a holiday celebration.
As previously revealed, the pop sensation hosted Thanksgiving for both families in Nashville ahead of the climax of her Eras tour, which ends this weekend.
Last year, Swift headed to Arrowhead to watch her boyfriend in action against the Las Vegas Raiders on Christmas Day.
Despite her busy schedule, the singer-songwriter has been a regular in the stands as Kelce and the Chiefs chase NFL history.
Kansas City is eyeing a three-peat and Andy Reid’s side last week secured a playoff berth with a dramatic victory over the Las Vegas Raiders.
Swift was among the crowd at Arrowhead Stadium, with the popstar aiming a wink at the cameras she arrived alongside Travis’ mom Donna.
