And after moving into his new abode, Matthew Perry is getting rid of his west coast property portfolio, selling his Hollywood Hills house for $12.5million.

The stunning 1960s residence was put up for sale at $13.5million last year, but the sale has been finally been made, for a million less, in a deal made off market.

Matthew’s house, located in the Bird Streets of Hollywood Hills West, comprises of a stunning 3,821 square feet of living space with three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.

Built in 1962, the pad was originally purchased by the Friends star in August 2011 for $8.5 million, according to property records seen by Variety.

The main draw of the stylish property are the dazzling downtown skyline views with the Pacific Ocean in the distance.

Making a deal: The stunning 1960s residence was put up for sale at a whopping $13.5million last year, but the sale has been finally been made, for a million less, in a deal made off market

Laid out in an open plan style, the living/dining space is entered through a gated courtyard and a statement glass door. Cosy nooks have been created with a living area fireplace and built-in bookshelves.

The stunning kitchen meanwhile features hard to miss acid green countertops and matching chairs around a ten seater dining table.

Matthew’s sale comes after he snapped up a luxurious penthouse condo in Century City’s famed Century Tower last summer.

He paid $20million for the the swish wholefloor apartment which is a far cry from Chandler’s West Village digs, as it comes with seven bathrooms, two fireplaces and a 25 guest dining room in place of the foosball table/dinner table in Friends.

The luxury living quarters also include four bedrooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, a powder room and a huge centre-island kitchen.

The property’s panoramic views take in stunning sights including downtown Los Angeles, the Santa Monica mountains and the ocean with the master bedroom in prime position for the morning sunrise.
