An $8.8milliion four-storey mansion that will include a new Lamborghini Huracan LP 580 and a temperature controlled wine cellar with two years worth of wine will soon be up for grabs.
The extravagant mansion at 15 Tower Street in the Brisbane suburb of Ascot has five bedrooms, two swimming pools, seven bathrooms and a seven-car-garage.
The mansion’s luxurious extras were included because developer Brayden Larkin and NGU real estate agent Emil Juresic believed ‘it had to have everything’.

No expense was spared when building the property with two swimming pools, an elevator, six dining areas, a cinema and a rooftop terrace with a private six-seater spa included
‘I said to him: “If you really want this house to have everything, this house needs to have a brand new Lamborghini”,’ Mr Juresic said.
My developer picked it up literally five days ago and whoever buys it, like it or not, gets the Lamborghini.’
The property, built by Zephyr Industries, is based on a rebuilt 1920s house and features modern amenities such as voice activated lights.
The home comes with a wine tasting room and two barrels of custom wine.
Other features include an elevator, six dining areas, a cinema and a rooftop terrace with a private six-seater spa.
Mr Juresic said the extravagant property is unprecedented in Brisbane.
‘There is nothing brand new like this, no one has ever said “I am going to build an $8.8million home and build it here”,’ he said.
‘Brisbane hasn’t seen something like this before.’
Brayden Larkin, the director of Zephyr Industries and builder of the home said ‘I had a few beers and got creative’

The Lamborghini Huracan LP 580, costing almost $500,000, was delivered recently and has zero kilometres on the odometer
The house was still under construction when photos were taken but it is expected to be completed on sale by April 7
Brayden Larkin, the director of Zephyr Industries and builder of the home, told realestate.com it was a ‘few beers’ and a burst of creativity that led him to include a wine cellar and a Lamborghini with the house.
‘I had a few beers and got creative,’ the developer joked.
Larkin said no expenses were spared when creating the landmark Brisbane property.
The feature-heavy home will soon be furnished and ready for sale early next month, with the first opening on April 13 expected to attract plenty of attention.
