In case your life was feeling empty of Julia Fox’s unique fashion stylings, she’s come right along and delivered another corker.
The 33-year-old has already ticked off condom bag, accessorising with a life-sized latex doll and wearing a balaclava-bra one-piece, among numerous other wacky outfits.
On Tuesday, it was business as usual for the actress as she stepped out in Los Angeles in an outfit consisting mostly of ties, as you do.
Julia was dressed in an usual crop-top made up of ties wrapped around her middle in varying patterns and shades of brown, as well as one looping over her shoulder and running down her side as a sort of strap.
She matched it with a brown and green tweed jacket and placed another tie running around and under the collar of the blazer and paired it with a black micro mini skirt.
The self-proclaimed muse also demonstrated her impeccable eye for colour with the accessories, finishing off her look with brown-tinted shades and a pair of vertiginous brown heels with what looked to be a wooden platform sole.
And showing off a little extra touch of eccentricity, Julia appeared to be wearing a single earring fashioned from a Bic lighter.
Wearing her long hair loose, the former flame of Kanye West was snapped crossing the road and heading to her car, exuding some of her excellent main character energy with her poses.
She was said to be in town for a ‘very important meeting’ at Universal Pictures, although what the exact nature of the appointment was remained shrouded in mystery.
The mum-of-one recently wrote her memoir Down the Drain, which she has modestly referred to as a ‘masterpiece’.
Publishers Simon and Schuster have also described it as a ‘true literary achievement’, with the autobiography reportedly set to ‘chronicle Julia’s shocking life and unyielding determination to not only survive but achieve her dreams’ as she displays her ‘commitment to authenticity’ throughout the work.
Despite her love of fashion statements though, the Uncut Gems star did not mince her words when it came to giving her thoughts on the annual glitzy Met Gala, which she claimed was all about ‘politics, privilege and who your parents are’.
She told MailOnline: ‘To be honest with you, the Met Gala has never spoken to me – I mean look at who is running it.’
She went on: ‘If it was about fashion, I’d be there but it’s not. It’s about politics, privilege, who your parents are and how much money you make.’
As for Vogue editor Anna Wintour, who has presided over the exclusive event since 1995, Julia said: ‘She just won’t quit – how long is she going to keep going? There is a disconnect. American Vogue is not my favourite: it needs to be more fun and fresh and new energy.’
There was also no holding back in her opinion on this year’s theme, which celebrated Chanel designer Karl Lagerfeld, who she said ‘upheld supremacy and imperialism ideals’.
