All of the old bangers need some serious restoration work after being abandoned and exposed to the elements for so long.

But, Anglia Car Auctions, of King’ s Lynn, Norfolk, still claim they could fetch hundreds of thousands.

Had the classic cars been preserved in mint condition – they would have been worth an eye-watering £800,000.

There are three impressive Jaguar E Types, including two roadster models and a FHC S2.

Among the rusting treasure trove a 1959 AC Ace and a 1951 Land Rover Series I 80 inch were also uncovered.

Auctioneer Guy Snelling said: “It is amazing what you do find in this job but to get there and see these classic cars stacked three high was quite extraordinary.

“The cars have been there since the 1970s and it took us two days to carefully extract them using a forklift truck and digger.
“It is very special to find three Jaguar E-Types and three ACs.

“One of the AC Ace Bristols was owned by Betty Haig, a leading 1960s racing driver.

“The cars don’t have reserves but I think the sale could make hundreds of thousands of pounds.”

This comes as urban explorers discovered a huge abandoned vintage car collection at a automobile graveyard.

Hundreds of cars from the 1940s, 50s, and 60s can be seen spread out in the forests of the region of Värmland in Sweden.

Many of the vehicles are said to have belonged to the US military who left them after World War II.

Meanwhile, in France, an incredible collection of vintage cars from the last century had been left to rust in a barn.

The cars and trucks, some from the 1920s and 30s, were spotted by Edou Hofstra as he made his way through a rural field.

Plus, a man made the discovery of a rare “mystery” Dodge while exploring a dilapidated out-house.

The lucky bloke took to TikTok to share the 1971 classic car find that left motor fans speechless.
