The roughly 14-acre estate has been on and off the market for years. It is a common stage set for movies and television, having served as a background for “Dream girls” (2006). Mansion Global earlier noted that it was advertised in 2015, again in 2018, and was for sale in 2021 for $21.5M. A 7-acre property with zoning for 10 new homes was not included when it was relisted for $12.75M last October, according to Mansion Global. At the end of March, the whole estate was once again advertised.
According to the description, the house has 16-foot ceilings, built-in bookshelves, hardwood and zebra cork flooring, brilliant white interiors, and movable walls that open to the exterior. It also has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. It offers vistas of many mountain ranges as well as the 1,325 acres of meadowlands that are part of the Lake Chatsworth environmental park.

However, the 43-minute performance and interview with the artist titled “Endless Summer Vacation (Backyard Sessions),” which was also released last month, provide a complete tour of the home and its surroundings.
According to public records, the current owner paid $1.54M for the property via a trust in 1998. They couldn’t be reached right away for comment.
A request for response from Ms. Cyrus’s agent was not immediately responded to.
