Australian TV personality Larry Emdur opens the doors to his stunning luxury home during Better Home And Gardens on Friday night.
The Morning Show co-host also reveals that he was close to losing his Eastern Suburbs home to none other than American rapper, Snoop Dogg.
Prior to he and wife Sylvie purchasing the Dover Heights property three years ago, Snoop is said to have been interested in the exclusive crib.
However, he was eventually prevented from buying up due to visa issues in Australia.
Larry, 49, told the Daily Telegraph on Friday that it was also once home to a bevy of beautiful women.
‘It’s the old Next Top Model house and apparently is the house Snoop Dogg was going to live in — he did a film clip there and wanted to live there before we bought it as we understand.’
The Emdurs purchased the property for $6.8 million after moving from their other Dover Heights property with their son Jye, 20 and daughter Tia, 15.
The cliff top home features an over-sized deck with an infinity pool looking over the ocean, a ‘man cave’ and a large living and dining area.
The minimal design aspect and styling of the home only adds to it’s size.
Larry said it is his wife who is behind the stunning aesthetics.
‘The house is all about the view and the aspect, we chose to keep the house and furnishings pretty simple, so its easy living for us too,’ he said.
Better Homes And Gardens airs in Australia on Fridays at 7pm on Channel Seven.
