Tom Brady’s new mansion on the luxurious Creek Island is nearing completion, almost three years since he purchased the plot of land with ex-wife Gisele Bundchen.
Brady, who brought the curtain down on his legendary football career back in February, has been building himself a new bachelor pad in Miami, which is believed to cost in the region of $11.5million.
The former Patriots and Buccaneers quarterback bought the area for $17m just over three years ago with Bundchen, the Brazilian supermodel he eventually divorced after 13 years of marriage in October 2022.
And judging by newly-released photos of the building work, Brady’s Miami bachelor pad is not too far away from being completed.
The garden area of the mansion is beginning to take shape, with a number of palm trees and a huge lawn now laid down, as well as a waterfront swimming pool.
Brady’s new property is also set to include its own basketball court, which still appears in the early stages of being put together, as well as a tree-lined driveway which leads to a multi-car garage.
The mansion faces out onto water and has a golf course behind it. According to The Sun, it is protected by a private 13-person police force.
His new neighbors in Miami are expected to include Amazon chief Jeff Bezos and Ivanka Trump.
Meanwhile, the extravagant Florida condo that Brady lived in after his divorce from Bundchen has been listed by its owners for $15.9m.
The seven-time Super Bowl winner moved into the three-bedroom, five-bathroom apartment in November 2022.
Sprawling across 4,103 square feet, the condo is housed on the ninth floor of the luxurious Fendi Chateau Residences tower in Surfside, Florida.
It’s believed that condos in that building can command as much as $60,000-a-month.
Brady has recently been on a heartwarming ski trip with his three children, Jack, Benjamin and Vivian, and shared a photo of the trio on the slopes to celebrate Christmas.
On Christmas Eve, the retired quarterback, 46, posted photos of the Brady bunch gathered in a ski bubble with the lyrics, ‘I’ll tell you one thing, it’s always better when we’re together,’ from Jack Johnson’s song, ‘Better Together’.
The gang were all bundled up in their ski gear, including mittens, neck warmers, goggles and helmets.
He later shared a photo of Benji on the piste in a camouflage-print ski jacket, writing, ‘Lil’ ripper’.
Meanwhile, he caught his youngest Vivian in action, filming her as she swooshed down the slopes before spraying her dad as she came to a swift stop on her edges. ‘Hockey stop,’ Brady wrote, alongside a red heart emoji.
