The estate comprises a $41.7 million Tuscan farmhouse-style mansion and an adjacent 6.6-acre lot priced at $28.2 million.

The total damage was $69.9 million, making it the most expensive sale in the history of the county.

DeGeneres bought the 22-acre oceanfront property from a retired hedge fund manager who initially listed the home for $100+ million.

The property is also known as the ‘Sanctuary at Look Point’ and it comprises three individual, albeit adjacent, lots on Padaro Lane.

In addition to the Tuscan-style house, the lot also includes another, smaller home and a lake.

Last but definitely not least, the property has direct access to the beach via a private trail.

The main home draws its inspiration from traditional Tuscan villas, with stone archways and bronze windows.

It even has custom copper gutters imported from Italy.

The mansion offers over 9,000 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

It also has two spas, an outdoor kitchen, a swimming pool, a wine cellar and a home theater.

This home is the latest addition to Ellen DeGeneres’ real estate portfolio.

The TV star famously flips homes on a regular basis.
