MU defeated Liverpool with a goal in minute 120+1

Minute 120+1, Amad Diallo broke through and scored to help MU defeat Liverpool 4-3 in the FA Cup quarterfinals.

Minute 120+1, when the score was 3-3, Liverpool put all their troops on the attack but failed. Harvey Elliott lost the ball, allowing Antony and Amad Diallo to comfortably break through from home.

Amad played the role of MU’s hero with a calm control and finish, defeating goalkeeper Kelleher. After the goal, the Ivory Coast player took off his shirt to celebrate and received a second yellow card. MU had only 10 people left but still stood firm in the last few minutes, thereby winning the final 4-3.

Coach Erik ten Hag and his team won tickets to the FA Cup semi-finals for the second year in a row, thereby holding on to their hopes of ending the 2023/24 season with a title.

The most awaited competition in the FA Cup quarter-finals took place attractively. After only 10 minutes of rolling, Scott McTominay made the Old Trafford stands explode, after kicking the ball into Liverpool’s net from Alejandro Garnacho’s unsuccessful shot attempt.

After having the advantage, MU deployed the ball confidently from their home field. Kobbie Mainoo surprised with impressive breakthroughs. In the 35th minute, the young British star opened up a good opportunity for McTominay. However, the Scottish midfielder shot at the goalkeeper.

In the first half, coach Ten Hag arranged Aaron Wan-Bissaka to privately accompany Mohamed Salah. Jurgen Klopp was more generous, only asking Salah to act as a decoy. Liverpool continuously cut into MU’s right wing and scored 2 goals at the end of the first half.

In the 44th minute, Mac Allister received the ball from Darwin Nunez, before shooting a strong shot, defeating Andre Onana. At minute 45+2, Liverpool pressed successfully to get the ball at Bruno Fernandes’ feet. Nunez finished but was stopped by Onana. This time, Salah was there in time to kick back, helping “The Kop” take a 2-1 lead.

In the second half, MU could no longer maintain the excitement like at the beginning of the match. The “Red Devils” were pressured by their opponents and only Onana’s talent could help the host avoid receiving another goal.

At a time when hope was exhausted, Antony suddenly shined in the 87th minute. The Brazilian player’s decisive turn equalized 2-2 for MU, thereby sending the match into extra time.

In the first extra time, MU attacked quite well but could not score more goals, only to receive the bitter result of losing the third goal in the 105th minute. Harvey Elliott’s long shot hit Eriksen’s foot and changed direction, causing Onana to give up. .

Going into the second extra time, Liverpool’s physical strength deteriorated, causing Liverpool to make too many individual errors. The Merseyside team received 2 goals, after Rashford’s shots in the 112th minute and Diallo in the 120+1 minute, thereby saying goodbye to England’s oldest cup tournament.
