50 Cent has issued a statement after the hip hop community was shocked and appalled by a series of racy pictures he posted on Instagram — which, they believed, showed married R ‘n’ B Ciara grabbing a handful of his junk.

On Monday Fiddy marked the 16th anniversary of his third album, “Curtis” by posting 𝓈ℯ𝓍y shots from record’s liner notes. One of the snaps shows a woman standing behind him — her face obscured by his torso — with one hand fondling his rippling abs and the other shoved down the front of his open pants.

Major rap magazine Vibe ran the headline “50 Cent Shares Lewd Photos Of Ex, Ciara” and many followers appeared to feel aggrieved on behalf of Ciara’s now-husband, Russell Wilson. “Yo, that’s someone’s wife now Fif. Take these posts down,” said one, with another adding, “Fif calmly saying I hit it first is next level.” Yet a third said, “Russell Wilson ain’t going to like this.”
