The home, which has been listed by Landmark Sotheby’s International Realty, was built by Fred Murray in 2005 and was initially list in April of 2009 at $7,800,000.

The price has since dropped several times and is down to $6,999,000.

Situated on 10 acres along the Intracoastal Waterway, the house has ocean views, a pier and gazebo on the water, a five-car garage, and a large porch with a wood-burning fireplace.

Inside is a large gourmet kitchen, a study, an observatory, and an indoor pool, as well as a fitness space, his and hers dressing areas, a wet bar, a retractable movie screen, and a custom-made jellyfish artisan glass fixture.

Photos of the driveway were shared by the Instagram account Zillow Gone Wild, showing how the owners transformed the otherwise unremarkable teardrop-shaped drive into the beloved green fruit.

The island in the middle of the driveway is lined with green grass, while the center is a dark mulch or dirt that resembles an avocado’s pit.

‘You can have avocados AND a home! People be lying to millennials,’ joked one commenter.
