Las Vegas – Casino mogul Steve Wynn’s mansion is on the market for $25 million.
On the fairways of the private TPC Summerlin golf club, the double-gated 13,500-square-foot house at 1717 Enclave Court sits on a manor-line stretch known as “Billionaire’s Row.”
The broker selling this opulent estate compares it to a “museum.”
It’s called “Museo.”
Take a look inside:
“The current owner completely reimagined the space,” said Ivan Sher, of Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Nevada Properties, in a news release, “creating a timeless experience with incomparable finishes and museum-quality art protection and display.”
Wynn – the former chairman of Wynn Resorts and billionaire art collector who stuck his elbow through Pablo Picasso’s “Le Reve” painting – bought the palatial villa in March 2018 for $13 million.
Wynn closed the deal on the 12-bedroom dwelling a month after resigning in the wake of sexual misconduct accusations he has denied.
It was the biggest home sale in Las Vegas that year.
On the first floor are “gilded doors with exquisitely designed hinges,” the listing says, “decadently plush silk carpeting, and Mohair Fabric walls.”
There’s a wine closet, movie theater, game room, modern kitchen, full butler’s pantry, breakfast room and large caretaker’s wing.
The upstairs master suite has his-and-her closets, balconies and bathrooms designed with white Venetian plaster.
There’s a custom shower with exposed stainless-steel plumbing to resemble that of a luxury yacht.
Guest rooms all have three-quarter baths and motion sensor closets.
The backyard has a tall hedges, a fountain, gazebo, spa and pool surrounded with slip-resistant grit stone.
“This is one of the most unique homes in the world,” Sher said. “The technology, combined with visual elegance, make it truly captivating both inside and out.”
