Inside awe-inspiring $59 million Mediterranean villa located in America’s most expensive neighborhood – which comes complete with a movie theater, car gallery, putting green and stunning wine room

If you’re wondering what $59 million gets you in one of America’s most expensive neighborhoods, then read on.

YouTuber and property expert Enes Yilmazer gained access to a home in the exclusive Crystal Cove area of Newport Beach, California, a stunning neighborhood that scored the highest median residential listing price in the US this July.

The six-bedroom, ten-bathroom property modeled after a Mediterranean villa is currently on sale for $58,888,000 and it is also available for short-term rentals if perspective buyers want to give it a test drive first.

Some of the perks of the pricey plot at 46 Deep Sea include a 78ft triangular infinity pool facing the Pacific Ocean, putting green, car gallery, ‘wine room’ and state-of-the-art movie theatre.

Starting his tour, Enes highlights the ‘cobblestone driveway framed by two beautiful palm trees,’ along with the ‘stacked stone arch openings, tiled roof, [window] shutters, and casement windows.’

Off the master bedroom, there is an equally as impressive bathroom decked out with a central walk-in shower and freestanding tub
Stepping inside the home, Enes makes his way through the central courtyard which he says ‘brings natural light and fresh air to all the rooms on the first floor as well as the second floor’

The lower level movie theatre complete with ‘three tier seating, leather recliners, massive screen, projector behind, built in speakers, [and] padded walls’
Enes says of the ‘wine wall’: ‘I love how these bottles are displayed [on their side] it’s obviously temperature controlled. Then they brought the barreled ceiling here as well, giving you that Tuscany feel’

Stepping inside, the property pro makes his way through the central courtyard which he says ‘brings natural light and fresh air to all the rooms on the first floor as well as the second floor.’

Playing on the Mediterranean theme, the open space features balconies and a wall decked out with faux climbing plants.

Off the courtyard, Enes showcases various rooms including a spacious family room that boasts two L-shaped couches, contemporary kitchen with a central island, smaller chef’s kitchen, and two dining rooms for both formal and informal occasions.

One of the living spaces opens up to a covered section of the backyard which then leads out to an infinity edge pool ‘looking over these incredible views.’

The back terrace features plenty of space for entertaining with a poolside cabana complete with TV and there is even a putting green for keen golfers.

In the pool, there are submerged bar seats so swimmers can grab beverages from the lower-level bar for the ultimate sip and dip experience.

As he wanders around, Enes muses: ‘This property is so private, it’s so peaceful, you can literally see waves rolling in. This is fantastic. With this house you feel like you’re floating above the ocean.’

Moving back inside, Enes takes note of the glass enclosed elevator which goes to all three levels of the home.

But the pièce de résistance is undoubtedly a sprawling ‘car gallery’ with a range of supercars on show and four electric charging points

Moving down a level, the ‘wow factor’ continues with a ‘hotel-standard’ bar, one-bedroom guest apartment, gym, bathroom which connects to a sauna, small kitchenette and ‘wine wall.’

Enes says of the tipple-themed feature: ‘I love how these bottles are displayed [on their side] it’s obviously temperature controlled. Then they brought the barreled ceiling here as well, giving you that Tuscany feel.’

Another standout feature is the lower level movie theatre with ‘three-tier seating, leather recliners, massive screen, projector behind, built in speakers, [and] padded walls.’

Rounding out his tour, Enes heads to the top floor where there are four bedroom suites.

He is clearly blown away by the master suite, and as he walks around the space he tells viewers: ‘The scale of this room is absolutely insane. You have your king size bed, barrel ceiling here, with this crystal chandelier.

‘Nice seating area in front of your fireplace, stone-clad wall… you have your TV in the center, the entire room opens up to these views.’

The property is currently listed with realtor Garrett Weston. A description for the house says it ’embodies the finest stylistic essence of a five-star resort inside and out’ with ‘superb landscape and lush tropical foliage’ to boot

Off the master bedroom, there is an equally as impressive bathroom decked out with a central walk-in shower and freestanding tub.

One set of doors leads to a balcony, while another set open up to ‘to a very spacious walk in closet, with an island right in the center.’

Summing up the home, which was built two years ago, Enes says: ‘This is a residential home, you can live here and you can enjoy this backyard every single day and to me, that’s crazy.

‘These views, it’s almost inspiring… and on top of that, you’re in Crystal Cove, one of the most premier development and residential neighborhoods in the entire state in my opinion.

‘You have beautiful streets, the entire community is gated, everything looks very cohesive and uniform. This is absolutely gorgeous.’
