Evander Holyfield arrived in Riyadh.Credit: PA.Several sports stars, including Gerrard and British boxing icon Lennox Lewis, arrived early ahead of the event.
Gerrard, a Champions League winner with Liverpool, is now in coach of Saudi Pro League club Al-Ettifaq.
He was photographed entering the venue in a navy polo flanked by a TNT Sports reporter.
And he said, “Tyson all day long.” I’ve been a big fan for a while.”I’m not a boxing specialist, but the size, reach, weight, and previous performances all stand out.
“I think he’s going up against a very awkward customer, we all know that, but for me it’s Tyson Fury all day long.”
Lewis, the previous undisputed heavyweight champion, was not far behind him.
Jack Grealish also gave Fury a message of solidarity, saying: “Tyson I wish you all the best for the fig event tonight.”I am confident that you will succeed, pal. I’ll be back home, cheering you on alongside the rest of the UK.
“Go out there and smаsh it, come on Tyson.”Superstar player Ronaldo took his seat next to Anthony Joshua, dressed in a £3,350 Gucci jacket and shorts.
Brazilian player Neymar and boxer Ryan Garcia both arrived shortly before the main event.Ronaldo witnessed Fury, 35, controversially win a points decision against former UFC champion Francis Ngannou, 37, in October.
Fans responded hilariously as UFC icon Conor McGregor, 35, gave him an earful from ringside.
The former Manchester United player, wearing a £1.2 million Franck Muller watch, sat next to Joshua, 34, who will keep a close eye on tonight’s winner.
AJ has twice lost to Usyk, 37, but hopes to face Fury later down the line in a blockbuster Bаttle of Britain bout as he arrived ringside.
Although he sided with his former rival to win the figҺt of the century after 24 hard-fought rounds shared.
He stated to talkSPORT: “Well look I’ve fought Oleksandr Usyk so I can go only speak on what I have experienced from him.”He’s a phenomenal fighter who does everything well, and I believe he’ll do an excellent job.
“I have never fought Tyson Fury so I can’t really speak on how he will perform or what it is like to face him so only speaking on what I know I would have to sаy Oleksandr Usyk will be victorious.””
