The One and Only Ivan producer-star and her estranged husband #3 Brad Pitt are still solidifying holiday visitation with a judge, but he will definitely have five of their six children on Christmas day.
‘He is hoping that he will be given increased custodial time with the kids which would result in having them overnight for the holidays this year,’ a source told Us Weekly last month.
