She looked delighted earlier this month when she was spotted arriving back in France following a United Nations trip to Iraq.
And it was clear that the reason behind Angelina Jolie’s good mood was that she would soon be reunited with her brood.
So on Saturday the actress, 37, made the most of some family time and took her children to play in a local park.
The youngsters looked like they were having a fantastic time as they enjoyed everything the playground had to offer.
The offspring of Angelina and her fiancé Brad Pitt seemed particularly thrilled with a bouncy castle and jumped up and down until they had run out of steam.
They then had a little sit down and were seen chatting before scurrying off to play once again.
Zahara, seven, and Vivienne, four, were also spotted enjoying some girl bonding and had a go on a slide before Zahara navigated some ropes with Vivienne’s twin brother Knox.
Also on hand to join in the festivities were tomboy Shiloh, six, and eight-year-old Pax.
Not seen today was the oldest member of the clan – 11-year-old Maddox.
After their fun in the park Angelina treated the children to some food at McDonald’s.
The family was also seen stocking up on supplies at a local grocery store.
As always Angelina looked stunning in an all-black outfit which consisted of dark glasses, a pretty top, and skinny jeans tucked into knee-high boots.
The Salt star carried Knox in her arms while she had a Louis Vuitton bag slung over her shoulder.
She has just returned from a mission for the United Nations in Middle East including Iraq for the UNHCR, where she visited an area of Baghdad home to families returning to Iraq following conflict in Syria.
The brood are currently staying at Brad and Angelina’s Miraval estate in the South of France, where it is believed the couple of seven years will tie the knot.
